Rae's Riviera Extended and Printed Transfer License

The Extended and Printed Transfer License gives you permission to sell ANY of my designs as Printed Transfers as long as guidelines are followed.

Do I need this Extended License for my Small Business?
Do you plan on selling Printed Transfers using ANY GRAPHIC from Rae’s Riviera?? If so, this License is right for your small business.

Examples of Printed Transfers are the following products that you print at home and ship to your customers to use at home:

-Sublimation Transfers
-Screen Prints
-Waterslide Decals
-Craft Iron-On Transfers
-Printed/Cut HTV Transfers
-DTF/DTG

This listing is for the license only, you will need to purchase the design separately. You can use this license in conjunction with any any image purchased from Rae's Riviera and use with either PNG or SVG files sold in my shop.

By purchasing this listing, you are bound to the terms below and by purchasing you acknowledge that you understand the following terms:

-This License is for Unlimited Small Business Use
-You cannot resell the purchased design(s) digitally in any way
-You cannot share or giveaway this Extended License or any design in any way
-You cannot represent nor claim the artwork as your own design copyright remains the property of Maggie Aguilera dba Rae's Riviera
-Maggie Aguilera dba Rae's Riviera gives me (the purchaser) the right to sell Printed Transfers.
-If selling the transfers online, a watermark must be added to the images you use to advertise online. You may use your own or our watermark to protect from being copied.
**You must provide the name of the shop or Facebook page or social media page that you are selling in at the time of purchase.**

Failure to abide by this agreement of the "Extended Printed Transfer License" will immediately void the license and no refunds will be given.

Due to the nature of this purchase, NO REFUNDS will be given on Extended Licenses or Digital Products.
This License Does NOT include the ability to sell Print-on-demand sites, printing stickers or use for embroidery digitizing.

Permissions for the use of files purchased from Rae's Riviera:

You MAY:
-Add Text to any of my designs and sell as physical Printed Transfers.
-Print Unlimited Transfers under the terms of this Extended License.

You MAY NOT:
-Take Various Elements of my designs to make a unique Printed Transfer Design to sell as PHYSICAL/DIGITAL product.
-Sell, gift, or share any of my artwork or altered designs as a digital product.
-Alter a design & claim it as your own.
-Upload any of my designs to any Print on Demand or Sharing Sites or give a print company or graphic design studio any of my designs to print for you.
-Copy or Create a similar design in attempt to get around the purchase of this Extended License.
