All purchases are subject to the following terms!

Turn Around Time
Our general TAT is up to 15 business days. Embroidered items are up to 30 business days.
TAT does not include weekends, holidays, or vacation time. Our turn around calendar can be found within the FB VIP group.

Order Updates
Weekly order updates for ALL orders will be done within the VIP group. We will not contact anyone individually with order updates. However, if your order is past TAT please feel free to message us at raesriviera@gmail.com

Store Pickup in Victoria, TX
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a pickup email.
Store pickup is located at 1307 E. Airline Suite D, Victoria, TX 77901.
Store hours are Wednesdays 4PM-7PM
Thursdays + Fridays 11AM-7PM
Saturdays 11AM-4PM
Please have your order number ready to show the associates.
If your order is marked ready for pickup Sunday through Tuesday, it will still only be available for pickup during the above store hours.

Returns
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or unaltered apparel. Returns will be for STORE CREDIT only and must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase.
ITEMS PURCHASED WITH STORE CREDIT CANNOT BE RETURNED.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:
Personalized items, graphic tees, hair accessories, swim, sale items, mystery items, and acrylic items.

Defective Items
If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
We are not responsible for damages to clothing or acrylic items caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return is needed.

Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we do not cancel orders. Please make sure you are 100% wanting your items before placing your order. Please also make sure the turn around time is within when you need your items.Our turn around time calendar is always pinned in the FB VIP group. Shipping
Shipping time is not the same as processing or TAT. We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with the shipping company. If you remove the Route Shipping Protection at checkout, we will not refund, remake, or give store credit for any order lost by a shipping company.
