  • Porch Pickup in Victoria, TX

    YOU MUST BE IN THE VIP FB GROUP TO DO PORCH PICKUP!

    Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a pickup email. This usually indicates that your order is being prepped for porch pickup. Sometimes it’s late at night but it doesn’t mean your item is sitting on the porch. Please wait to come by until you are tagged on the pickup post within the FB VIP Group.

    Your email will have the pickup address and it can also be found on the pickup post within the group.

    Messages sent to our personal facebook accounts will not be answered.

    You may also post to the group’s wall and many members would be happy to answer questions for you!

  • Orders and Turn Around Times

    Turn around times can be found within each listings description. Please refrain from messaging us until your TAT has passed. Your order is not ready until you've been tagged within the group.

    TAT does not include weekends, holidays, or vacation time.

  • Returns

    No returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be given/issued.

    If there is an issue with your item, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving the item. If the item in incorrect or damaged upon arrival we will replace the item with the same exact item. Claims regarding damaged items will not be replaced after the 5th business day.

  • Cancellations

    Once your order is placed, we do not cancel orders. Please make sure you are 100% wanting your items before placing your order. Please also make sure the TAT is within when you need your items. If you need something rushed, please email us at raesriviera.com or message us at fb.com/raesriviera

  • Shipping

    Shipping time is not the same as processing or TAT. We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with the shipping company. If you remove the Route Shipping Protection at checkout, we will not refund, remake, or give store credit for any order lost by a shipping company.
