As we step into our 9th holiday season at Rae’s Riviera and celebrate one full year in our storefront, I can’t help but reflect on how much this little pink boutique has grown — and how much I’ve grown right along with it.
What started as a small dream has turned into a community, a family, and a creative space that fills my heart every single day. Here’s what I’ve learned this year — and what I hope inspires anyone chasing their own dream:
🌸 1. Family Comes First
Owning a boutique while also having a full-time career means long days, late nights, and endless to-do lists… but I’ve learned that time with family can’t wait. Whether it’s dinner at home, a quick weekend away, or a quiet night on the couch — those moments recharge me and remind me why I do this in the first place.
Balance isn’t easy, and it’s something I’ve struggled to master. But becoming a mother has shown me that this part is truly non-negotiable. 💗
